This notice describes the pilot implementation. The operator’s legal name, contact address, provider agreements, and retention schedule must be finalized before public launch.
What the app accesses
Google sign-in supplies your verified email and account identifier. The Drive permission covers files you choose through the Google Picker. We do not request access to your entire Drive or Gmail. Originals remain in Drive.
What is stored
The service stores account details, selected file identifiers, an extracted text snapshot, extracted terms and evidence, your verified dates, reminder schedules, audit events, and operational analytics. OAuth tokens are encrypted by the application. Contract text and metadata require encryption of the hosting disk and backups in the production environment.
Shared Pro workspaces
Pro workspaces support an owner and up to four additional members. Members can view and edit the contract text, dates and records saved in that shared workspace. The owner manages invitations, assignments, branding and billing. Invitations are bound to a specific Google email and expire after seven days. Joining or assigning a record does not automatically grant access to its original file in Google Drive. The owner can remove a member; assigned records then return to the owner and the removed member’s active sessions end.
AI processing
AI extraction is optional at import. With your consent and a configured provider, the contract text is sent to Google’s Gemini API for structured extraction. No model training permission is granted by this app. The operator must use provider terms and configuration appropriate for confidential business data. If you decline AI processing, you can review and enter dates manually.
Payments and notifications
Stripe processes subscription payments and retains the payment records required for that service. Card numbers do not pass through this app. Reminder emails are sent through the configured email provider and include the contract name and confirmed deadline, not the complete contract text. Email delivery cannot be guaranteed.
Control and deletion
You can pause reminders or delete individual contracts. Account deletion revokes Google access and deletes the workspace’s active application records. Cancel any active subscription first; deletion becomes available after cancellation takes effect. The original Drive files are not deleted. Payment records retained by Stripe and backup expiry follow the operator’s finalized retention policy. You can also remove app access through your Google account security settings.
Analytics and access
We record first-party product events such as trial start, import, verification, checkout interest, and payment receipt. No advertising trackers are included. The support overview displays aggregate activity, revenue, and delivery failures without displaying contract contents.
